低阶煤低温富氧干馏工业化试验及煤气分布研究
Analysis of industrial test of low-rank coal pyrolysis at low-temperature with oxygen-enriched combustion and its gas distribution

Abstract
In contrast to existing low-temperature pyrolysis processes facilitated by air com-bustion,the employment of oxygen-enriched combustion technology along with temperature control technology based on excessive recycled gas can significantly improve the quality of coal gas.As a result,it effectively resolves the problems of large-volume but low-quality coal gas production and the consequent challenges in achieving high value-added utilization.To verify the operational stability of large-scale industrial test systems for oxygen-enriched pyrolysis and explore the effects of different oxygen-enrich ratios on the composition and yield of pyrolysis gas,an industrial-scale experimental investigation on oxygen-enriched pyrolysis was carried out in a carbonization furnace with an annual production capacity of 150 000 t of semi-coke.The results show that the temperature in the carboniza-tion furnace rises gradually with the increase of the oxygen-enriched ratio and finally tends to be uni-form and stable,thereby facilitating the achievement of long-term stable operation across diverse oxygen-enriched ratios from 21%to 70%in full-load conditions.When the oxygen-enriched ratio is increased from 21%to 70%,the N2 content in the product gas declines from 55.23%to 13.17%,while the contents of H2,CO,and CH4 increase respectively from 17.84%,8.78%,and 8.44%to 40.65%,20.72%,and 14.36%,and the calorific value of the coal gas also increases from 6.389 MJ/m3 to 12.713 MJ/m3.In addition,the output of effective components(H2,CO,CH4)supplied externally per ton of coal also shows an increasing trend with the increase of oxygen-enriched ratio,among which the change of H2 output per ton of coal is the most significant.The applicability of oxygen-enriched pyrolysis technology to the current internal-heating carbonization furnace is verified,which can provide technical support for the upgrading of the existing process and the progression of the industry.关键词
