Abstract
With the extensive use of green and clean energy,hydrogen production from water electrolysis has attracted extensive attention.However,the slow kinetics of oxygen evolution reaction(OER)in water electrolysis hinders the efficiency of hydrogen production.Therefore,there is an urgent need for rationally designed catalysts to accelevate the reaction process.In this paper,NiS/Ni3S2 electrodes were successfully prepared by a one-step hydrothermal method using nickel foam(NF)as the substrate.The effects of polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)content on the structure,morphology and electrocatalytic performance of the samples were investigated.The experimental results show that the NiS/Ni3S2-30 mg electrode has the best electrocatalytic OER performance:only an overpotential of 266 mV is required to drive the current density of 100 mA/cm2,and current densities do not show significant change after continuously operated for 100 h at 15 mA/cm2.This paper provides ideas for designing OER catalysts for water electrolysis.关键词
