木霉生物有机肥协同化学改良剂对苏打碱土及玉米生长的影响
Effects of Trichoderma-enriched Bio-organic Fertilizer Combined with Chemical Amendments on Soda Alkali Soil and Maize Growth

Abstract
Soda alkali soil,which is widely distributed in the Jilin Province of Northeast China,adversely affects crop growth due to its high pH,elevated salt content,and low organic matter.The application of amendments to improve the physicochemical prop-erties of saline-alkali soil,thereby enhancing crop yield,is a common agricultural practice.Trichoderma,a beneficial fungus recog-nized for its significant role in promoting root growth,can effectively enhance the utilization of saline-alkali land when combined with other remediation measures,thus boosting agricultural productivity.A field experiment was conducted in Baicheng,Jilin,a typical area of soda alkali soil,to investigate the effects of different treatments,including citric acid-gypsum,straw organic fertil-izer,acid-hydrolyzed amino acids,and Trichoderma-enriched bio-organic fertilizer,on the physicochemical properties of soda alkali soil and maize growth.The results show that:① The application of both chemical amendments and organic fertilizers alleviate salt stress,improve soil fertility,and promote maize growth,with the combination of citric acid-gypsum+straw organic fertilizer+acid-hydrolyzed amino acids(NOF)and Trichoderma-enriched bio-organic fertilizer+citric acid-gypsum(CBOF)showing the most beneficial effects.② Compared to the control(CK),the NOF and CBOF treatments reduce soil pH by 4.24%and 6.43%,respectively,decrease salt content by 8%and 9%,and increase organic matter by 90.37%and 86.14%,respectively,while also sig-nificantly enhancing the soil's available nutrient content.③ The plant height of maize under the NOF and CBOF treatments increase by 35.27%and 35.44%,respectively,while stem diameter increase by 76.26%and 125.90%,respectively,compared to CK,and biomass also increase significantly.In conclusion,the combination of inorganic amendments with organic fertilizers,along with the co-application of Trichoderma-enriched bio-organic fertilizer with these amendments,can effectively alleviate salt stress,promote maize growth,and reduce soil pH and salt content,demonstrating strong potential for practical application.关键词
