中国—中亚命运共同体视域下科技创新合作的基础条件、制约因素与发展路径
Basic Conditions,Constraining Factors and Development Paths of Scientific and Technological Innovation Cooperation under China-Central Asia Community of Shared Future

Abstract
As an important support for the construction of a community of shared future,scientific and technological innovation cooperation has special strategic significance for promoting the development of regional economic integration.From the perspective of community of shared future,this paper systematically examines the current situation and prospects of China-Central Asia scientific and technological innovation cooperation through analyzing three dimensions:basic conditions,constraining factors and development paths.The study found that China-Central Asia science and technology innovation cooperation has favorable conditions such as high strategic fit,strong complementarity of advantages,and deep cooperation foundation.The cooperation between the two sides is faced with constraints such as large differences in innovation systems,weak infrastructure,and imperfect systems.As the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt and China(Xinjiang)Pilot Free Trade Zone,Xinjiang has unique advantages in promoting scientific and technological innovation cooperation.Based on this,policy recommendations were proposed,including strengthening top-level design,leveraging Xinjiang's hub role,improving the innovation policy system,and establishing a multi-tiered cooperation mechanism,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for deepening China-Central Asia scientific and technological innovation cooperation and building a closer community with a shared future.关键词
