Abstract
Pesticides are indispensable critical means of production in modern agriculture,and they directly concern national food security and the supply of essential agricultural products.As a special product category,they are also closely linked to human and animal health,agricultural product quality and safety,and ecological environment safety.Pesticide administration laws and regulations serve as the fundamental guarantee for safeguarding safety and promoting industrial development,as well as the primary basis for government regulation.Starting from the historical development context,this paper systematically reviews and analyzes the current status of China's pesticide administration laws and regulations,and puts forward actionable suggestions for subsequent work.关键词
