从"心-肾轴心系统"探讨抑郁症的发生发展
Exploration of Occurrence and Progression of Depression from Perspective of"Heart-Kidney Axis System"
摘要
Abstract
Depression is a common mental disorder with its incidence rate and psychological disability rate increasing year by year.In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the liver is believed to govern emotions,and the occurrence of depression is closely related to liver qi stagnation and emotional disorder.Many modern studies also focus on the liver.However,simply differentiating and treating from the perspective of the liver is difficult to fully interpret the complex pathogenesis of depression and cannot effectively interrupt its recurrent and lingering disease process.By re-examining the pathogenesis of depression from system theory of TCM and based on the new theory of"heart-kidney axis system",this paper sorts out the relationship between the heart and kidney from multiple dimensions.Taking the regulatory effect of the dynamic interaction between the heart and kidney on the body's qi and blood,yin and yang,and spirit as the entry point,it is proposed that the disharmony between the heart and kidney and the imbalance of the axis are important pathogenesis leading to depression,while the deficiency of Zang-Fu organs and qi-blood,over-restriction and counter-restraint,and abnormal circulation of meridians are key links in the occurrence of depression.From the perspective of the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,this paper analyzes and demonstrates the relationship between the"heart-kidney axis system",the neuroendocrine regulatory system and depression,aiming to provide new theoretical ideas and strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of depression.关键词
