摘要

Abstract

The on-site consolidation grouting test without cover weight is conducted on the left bank arch shoulder slot of Yebatan Hydropower Station.The consolidation grouting effects of epoxy-based crack sealing materials and cement-based fast-hardening crack sealing materials are analyzed by inspection hole water pressure test,acoustic wave test and borehole deformation modulus test,respectively.The test results show that the crack sealing materials and techniques can achieve a better sealing effect and effectively increase the pressure of heavy consolidation grouting without a cover.The post-grouting performance parameters of the surface rock mass are relatively better than those of the deep rock mass,and the values of each parameter or the value of improvement are relatively better.The uncovered heavy consolidation grouting does not show any significant deficiencies compared with the covered heavy consolidation grouting.
