《太平圣惠方》肝窍学说与五轮学说关系研究
Study on Relationship Between Liver-Orifice Theory and Five-Wheel Theory in Formulas from Benevolent Sages
摘要
Abstract
The period when Formulas from Benevolent Sages was compiled was a key node in the transfor-mation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)ophthalmology theory from the liver-orifice theory to the five-wheel theory.On the basis of sorting out the development evolution of the liver-orifice theory and the five-wheel theory,this paper conducts a comparative study on the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment system,and characteristics of formulas and medicinals for treating ophthalmopathy based on the two theories in Formulas from Benevolent Sages.It is believed that under the influence of the historical background of TCM ophthalmology becoming an independent discipline in the Song Dynasty and the introduction of Indian medicine,the two theories showed a relationship of mutual enlightenment,integration and common development.Formulas from Benevolent Sages introduced and drew on the"wheel-position-organ"model of the five-wheel theory from previous generations,and initially formed the"wheel-organ syndrome differentiation and treatment"system of ophthalmic five-wheel theory,which effectively promoted the transformation of ophthalmic syndrome differentiation and treatment from the liver-orifice theory to the five-wheel theory.关键词
