Guidelines for Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment of Depressive Disorders
摘要
Abstract
Depressive disorders are mainly characterized by persistent depressed mood,with a high prevalence,recurrence rate and disability rate.The goals of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in treating depressive disorders include improving the cure rate,quality of life and preventing recurrence,emphasizing comprehensive attention to both physical and psychological factors.However,the diagnosis and treatment guidelines for depressive disorders in TCM mostly start from the differentiation of zang-fu organs,while the research on the diagnosis and treatment of psychological disorders is still insufficient.Therefore,our team,based on clinical practice and through discussions with experts,has proposed and optimized measures for the treatment of depressive disorders with TCM and reached an expert consensus,in order to provide a better reference for clinicians to rationalize and standardize TCM treatment,so as to improve the cure rate of patients with depressive disorders and promote the rapid recovery of patients with depressive disorders.关键词
