Advances in the study of long non-coding RNAs in glaucoma
摘要
Abstract
Glaucoma is the leading cause of irreversible blindness worldwide,characterized by progressive degeneration and axonal loss of retinal ganglion cells(RGCs).Despite extensive research,the mechanisms driving this disease remain incompletely understood.Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)have recently emerged as critical regulators of glaucoma pathogenesis,modulating gene expression and influencing key processes,including disease onset,progression,and therapeutic response.This review summarizes recent progress on lncRNA in glaucoma and outlines future research directions.关键词
