齐鲁伤寒流派辨治疑难病特色探析
Analysis of Characteristics of Qilu Typhoid Fever School in Differentiating and Treating Difficult and Complicated Diseases

Abstract
The academic characteristics and diagnostic and therapeutic thinking of the Qilu Typhoid Fever School have advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of difficult and complicated diseases.This paper takes the academic viewpoints,diagnosis and treatment techniques of advantageous diseases,and medication patterns of Master LI Keshao and his representative inheritors as the research contents.Through literature re-search,data mining,analysis and comparison,and induction and summary,Qilu Typhoid Fever School's essential,core,and consistent characteristics of diagnosing and treating difficult and complicated diseases are refined as follows:adhering to the law for typhoid fever,integrating learning and application;keeping the mind free of distration and prioritizing syndrome differentiation;combining disease and syndrome,integrating traditional Chinese medicine with Western medicine;regulating the spleen and stomach,differentiating and treating difficult and complicated diseases;differentiating chronic and strange diseases based on phlegm and blood stasis;making good use of classic prescrip-tions and drafting new prescriptions on one's own;varying dosage forms and mixing and matching for treatment;being logically rigorous and attaching great importance to thinking.Master LI Keshao's distinctive academic ideas established the basic model for Qilu Typhoid Fever School's differentiation and treatment of difficult and complicated diseases.Although JIANG Jianguo,DING Yuanqing,YU Junsheng,and SI Guomin are proficient in treating different diseases as representative inheritors,they all inherit Master LI Keshao's medical conduct and clinical experience in treating various difficult and strange diseases.关键词
