肺脾"同气相求"在多发性肌炎/皮肌炎合并间质性肺疾病中的应用
Exploration on Application of Lung-spleen"Tongqi Xiangqiu"in Polymyositis/Dermatomyositis Complicated with Interstitial Lung Disease

Abstract
The etiology of polymyositis/dermatomyositis combined with interstitial lung disease has not been clarified.Combined with the relevant traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)classics,it is believed that its clinical manifestations can be related to the lung and spleen in the five viscera of TCM.The theory of"origin-analogue"plays an important role in TCM.This paper expounds the"origin-analogue"relationship between lung and spleen from the aspects of zang-fu function,meridians and five elements.Based on the theory of"origin-analogue",the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are explored from the two aspects of exogenous pathogen invasion and lung and spleen injury,and corresponding treatment methods are proposed in different stages(acute attack stage and remission stage),providing theoretical support for the TCM treatment of polymyositis/dermatomyositis combined with interstitial lung disease,and providing new ideas for the clinical treatment of the disease.关键词
