摘要

Abstract

Panonychus citri and Diaphorina citri are common major pests in orange groves.Amblyseius orientalis is an important predatory mite that dominates orange groves in Jiangxi Province.It studied the population dynamics of citrus pests and natural enemies in Nanfeng County,Fuzhou City,Jiangxi Province,and clarified the influence of inter-species effects and the effects of meteorological factors on different species.The population dynamics of A.orientalis,D.citri and P.citri in citrus orchards in Nanfeng County,Jiangxi Province was investigated using a five-point sampling method in the present study.From January to December 2021,the population dynamics of A.orientalis,P.citri,and D.citri in this orange orchard was continuously monitored.The results demonstrated that P.citri and D.citri peaked in March-April and July-August,and A.orientalis peaked in April and August-September.There was a strong correlation and significance between the population numbers of A.orientalis and P.citri(r=0.5313,P=0.0004),with a coefficient of determination of 0.5645 between their population numbers,indicating a strong explanatory power.Meteorological factors(temperature,humidity,and light intensity)were correlated with the population dynamics of the three surveyed species.Temperature showed a significant positive correlation with the population size of A.orientalis and P.citri.,while D.citri showed a marked decline above 30.℃Humidity notably influenced A.orientalis,with its population peaking at 60%-70%,but had a smaller impact on P.citri and no significant effect on D.citri.Light intensity had a minimal impact on all three species.
