从皮科"气血津液"辨证论治结节性类天疱疮1例
A Case Report on Treatment of Pemphigoid Nodularis from Perspective of"Qi,Blood,and Body Fluids"in Dermatology
摘要
Abstract
This article reports a case of treatment of nodular pemphigoid,a rare skin disease,based on the theory of qi,blood,body fluids differentiation in dermatology and the theory of earth dampness and wood stagnation.The main cause of this case is congenital intolerance,excessive five emotions,and earth dampness and wood stagnation.The core pathogenesis is the combination of wind and dampness with qi and blood,leading to the transformation of heat into toxins that are hidden in the skin and muscles.Symptomatic treatment in acute condition,treatment focuses on relieving symptoms using formulas such as Chushi Zhiyang Decoction(除湿止痒汤),Qingre Chushi Decoction(清热除湿汤)and Quanchong Formula(全虫方)to clear and detoxify dampness.Radical treatment in chronic cases,treatment focuses on addressing the root cause using formulas such as Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction(柴胡桂枝干姜汤)and Chaihu Shugan Powder(柴胡疏肝散),combined with nourishing medicinals like Shengdihuang(Rehmanniae Radix)and Duzhong(Eucommiae Cortex)to warm the spleen earth,ascend the liver qi,and harmonize the yin and yang of the kidneys.关键词
