肺络微型癥瘕与AECOPD炎症微环境相关性探讨
Discussion on Correlation between Pulmonary Collateral Micro-masses and Inflammatory Microenvironment of AECOPD
摘要
Abstract
The inflammatory microenvironment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(AECOPD)serves as the core driving factor and triggers airway injury,microcirculation disorders and deterio-ration of lung function through mechanisms such as activation of inflammatory cells,release of pro-inflammatory factors,oxidative stress and activation of the coagulation system.This article focuses on the correlation between the theory of pulmonary collateral micro-masses in traditional Chinese medicine and the inflammatory microenvironment of AECOPD,aiming to reveal the intrinsic connection between the two from three aspects:pathological mechanism,molecular level and clinical indicators,thereby expanding the clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas for the combination of traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern medicine,and providing a theoretical basis for the precise treatment in the future clinical practice.There are 36 references.关键词
