摘要

Abstract

Earthworms are widely used in bioremediation.Earthworms through their own life activities,can change the soil microenvironment,promote plant growth,but also improve microbial activities.In this process,earthworm mucus can play an important ecological function,but the system of earthworm mucus is less studied.Earthworm mucus is a light yellow slime secreted by earthworms in their natural state or under external stimuli,which plays a key role in the growth,activity and predation of earthworms.Earthworm mucus can also have a positive effect on organic or inorganic pollutants in the soil,as well as on plants.At the same time,earthworm mucus can be introduced into compost,which not only accelerates the mineralization and humification process in the system,but also has an important impact on the system community structure.In this paper,several extraction methods of earthworm mucus and the chemical composition and influencing factors of earthworm mucus are listed.The effects of earthworm mucus on changes in heavy metal activity,the effects on phenanthrene in soil,and the effects on plants are summarized.The ecological application of earthworm mucus is summarized.On this basis,future research in this field is prospected.
