青藏高原东北部水库表层沉积物细菌群落β多样性及其组分的驱动因素
Drivers of β diversity and its components of bacterial communities in surface sediments of reservoirs in the northeastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau

Abstract
β diversity,a hotspot in biodiversity research,is used to elaborate the differences in species composition between habitats.To explore the patterns of bacterial community β diversity in the surface sediment of reservoirs in the northeastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and their driving factors,sediment samples from 18 reservoirs were collected in May(dry season)and August(wet season)of 2023.β diversity was partitioned into two components:turnover and nestedness.Generalized dissimilarity modelling(GDM)was used to investigate the relationship between β diversity and its components with environmental factors.The relative importance of environmental factors on bacterial community structure was quantified using hierarchical partitioning(rdacca.hp).The results showed that:(1)Proteobacteria dominated the bacterial phylum(30.57%-32.75%).In the dry season,Comamonadaceae(4.79%)was identified as the dominant bacterial family,whereas Exiguobacteraceae(6.97%)emerged as the predominant family in the wet season.(2)Both the Jaccard and Sørensen indices indicated that turnover dominates the bacterial community β diversity in sediments.(3)The GDM demonstrated that environmental factors played a dominant role in shaping the β diversity patterns of bacterial communities.β diversity of sediment bacteria communities exhibited three distinct response patterns to environmental factors:gradual decrease,initial decrease followed by increase,and gradual increase.(4)Redundancy analysis revealed that environmental factors accounted for 57.20%and 74.50%of the variation in bacterial community structure in the dry and wet seasons,respectively.Hierarchical partitioning showed that total nitrogen in sediment had the greatest impact on bacterial community structure in the dry season(25.97%),while water temperature had the most significant effect in the wet season(32.50%).关键词
