铝胁迫对白花鬼针草异型瘦果萌发特性的影响
Effects of Al stress on the germination characteristics of the heteromorphic achenes of Bidens alba

Abstract
Aluminum toxicity is one of the main factors limiting plant growth and development in acidic soil.Bidens alba,an invasive annual species with heteromorphic achenes of Bidens L.in Asteraceae.The differences of the germination characteristics of the heteromorphic achenes under Al stress were compared by laboratory bioassay,and the differences of the responding germination strategies and the adaptative mechanism to Al stress of B.alba were discussed.The results showed that compared with the control,200-3200 μg·mL-1 AlCl3 solutions decreased the germination rates and delayed the germination process of the two heteromorphic achenes,but the initial germination time of the peripheral achenes was not affected,and the initial germination time of the central achenes was delayed by 1 day;compared with the control,100 μg·mL-1 AlCl3 solution significantly promoted the germination index of central achenes(P<0.05),but 800-3200 μg·mL-1,400-3200 μg·mL-1 and 200-3200 μg·mL-1 AlCl3 solutions significantly inhibited the final germination rate,germination potential and germination index of the central achenes respectively(P<0.05),which was same as the peripheral achenes at the concentrations of 200-3200 μg·mL-1,400-3200 μg·mL-1 and 100-3200 μg·mL-1 respectively.The inhibitory effects were enhanced with the increase of the concentrations,and the inhibitory effect was the strongest at 3200 μg·mL-1.The three indexes corresponding to central achenes were only 60.42%,32.58%and 42.06%of the control,and the three indexes corresponding to peripheral achenes were only 71.11%,52.85%and 51.22%of the control,respectively.It can be seen that both heteromorphic achenes in B.alba exhibit strong adaptability to Al stress,but the peripheral achenes demonstrate greater tolerance,showcasing its flexible strategy for adapting to Al stress,which enhances its adaptability to the southern red soil.关键词
