小棚养殖凡纳滨对虾生长特性与水质因子的相关性分析
Growth characteristics and water quality factors in small greenhouse culture model of Litopenaeus vannamei

Abstract
Over the past few years,the small greenhouse culture model for shrimp farming has rapidly developed in Guangdong and Guangxi provinces.A study was conducted to determine the growth characteristics of Litopenaeus vannamei and to monitor water quality indicators in culture ponds.Pearson correlation analysis was used to examine the relationship between specific growth rates of L.vannamei and various water quality indicators.Spearman correlation analysis was used to investigate the correlation among water quality indicators themselves.The results indicated that the body length of L.vannamei was correlated with the culture period following a power function relationship;similarly,the body weight of L.vannamei was also correlated with the culture period in a power function.Furthermore,the body length of the shrimp was related to its body weight through a power function relationship.During the aquaculture period(October 12 2023 to January 10 2024),although the water temperature decreased to some extent due to weather conditions,it remained within an appropriate range.Dissolved oxygen(DO)level gradually decreased,ranging from 7.58 to 4.87 mg·L-1.The salinity(S),total alkalinity(T-Alk)and total suspended solid concentration(TSS)exhibited a general upward trend.The concentrations of nitrate nitrogen(NO3--N),total phosphorus(TP),total nitrogen(TN),and chemical oxygen demand(COD)showed an overall increasing trend.Furthermore,nitrogen and phosphorus accumulation were observed in the late stage of the culture period.A negative correlation was found between the specific growth rate and the chemical oxygen demand(COD),whereas a positive correlation was evident between the specific growth rate and the water temperature(P<0.05).The absolute growth rate of body length was significantly and negatively correlated with TP and NO3--N(P<0.05).The results of Spearman's correlation analysis showed that NO2--N and NO3--N were significantly and positively correlated with TN(P<0.05).TP,TN and COD were significantly and positively correlated with TSS(P≤0.001).In summary,in addition to regulating the concentrations of nitrogen and phosphorus,it is essential to provide adequate dissolved oxygen,maintain appropriate temperatures,and properly control the concentration of TSS,to ensure the successful production of high-density aquaculture.关键词
