淋巴瘤患者静脉置管决策辅助支持系统的构建及应用
Development and Application of a Decision-Making Support System for Venous Catheterization in Lymphoma Patients

Abstract
Objective To develop a decision-making support system for venous catheterization selection in lymphoma patients and explore its clinical effects.Methods A list of venous catheterization selection issues was determined through semi-structured interviews with patients,based on which a decision-making support manual and system were developed.A total of 58 lymphoma patients admitted to a Grade Ⅲ-A general hospital in Shanghai from June to July 2024 were assigned to the control group and received routine health education.Another 58 patients admitted from August to September 2024 were assigned to the test group and additionally used a decision-making support system.The scores of the Decisional Conflict Scale(DCS)and the Decision Satisfaction Scale(DSS)were compared between the two groups.Results The total and dimension scores of DCS in the test group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total and dimension scores of DSS in the test group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The patient decision-making support system assists lymphoma patients in selecting venous catheters and enhances their motivation and satisfaction in participating in treatment decisions.关键词
