后叶加压素对焦虑的调节作用及其机制
Regulatory Effects and Mechanisms of Vasopressin on Anxiety
摘要
Abstract
The prevalence of anxiety disorders is rising, and the efficacy of existing treatments is limited.Arginine vasopressin(AVP),a neuropeptide, plays a crucial role in regulating emotions and social behaviors, particularly in the onset and modulation of anxiety, where it exhibits a complex bidirectional influence. This review explores the biological characteristics of A VP and its functions within the central nervous system, focusing on how A VP exerts bidirectional regulation on anxiety by modulating the hypothalamic-pitui-tary-adrenal(HPA)axis and influencing key neural circuits, such as the amygdala.Additionally,it summarizes the impact of different A VP sources, gender differences, social environment, and genetic factors on the relationship between A VP and anxiety.Research indi-cates that maintaining moderate A VP levels is essential for emotional balance,as excessive or insufficient A VP may exacerbate anxiety.Understanding the bidirectional mechanisms of A VP in anxiety regulation can shed light on the biological underpinnings of anxiety disor-ders,providing important insights for developing personalized treatment strategies. This review emphasizes the need for in-depth studies on the mechanisms of A VP receptors, taking individual differences into account to advance precision medicine and improve the effec-tiveness of anxiety.关键词
