摘要

Abstract

Soil pollution caused by agricultural plastic film residues has become a critical environmental concern.Plastic film fragments can serve as microbial habitats,attracting microbial colonization and forming a"plastisphere".This study simulated soil conditions with over 30 years for residue accumulation of traditional polyethylene(PE)film in a field experiment to investigate the ef-fects on rapeseed cultivation.The physical and chemical properties,as well as cycling dynamics for nutrients,of three ecological soil niches,rhizosphere,bulk soil and plastisphere were systematically compared across different growth stages of rapeseed.The results in-dicated that,compared to rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soils,plastisphere soil exhibited significantly lower soil water content(SWC),total nitrogen(TN),ammonium nitrogen(NH4-N),nitrate nitrogen(NO3--N),and available phosphorus(AP).In contrast,soil pH,total carbon(TC),and dissolved organic carbon(DOC)were significantly higher in the plastisphere.Furthermore,the net mineralization rate of nitrogen in plastisphere soils decreased over time,indicating that plastic residues significantly inhibited key pro-cesses of soil nitrogen cycling.This study highlights the potential threats of residue pollution from plastic film to soil health and eco-logical functions by altering the soil microenvironment.These findings provide new insights into the ecological effects of pollution from plastic residues on soil processes and offer scientific guidance for management of agricultural plastic film.
