Abstract
Objective To systematically review and summarize articles on swallowing rehabilitation management in elderly patients with ischemic stroke and establish evidence,aiming to provide a reference for developing clinical swallowing rehabilitation management programs for such patients.Methods Based on the"6S"Hierarchy of Evidence-Based Resources,articles on swallowing rehabilitation management in elderly patients with ischemic stroke were systematically searched in clinical decision-making systems,guideline websites,professional association websites and databases from their establishment to October 2024.Two investigators trained in evidence-based nursing conducted literature screening,quality evaluation,and evidence extraction and integration.Results A total of 20 articles were included,comprising 4 guidelines,11 systematic reviews,1 summary of evidence and 4 randomized controlled trials(RCTs).A total of 33 pieces of evidence were summarized across five aspects:swallowing function screening and evaluation,rehabilitation therapy,TCM treatment,psychological intervention,and transitional care.Among these,18 pieces were Level A evidence.Conclusion The study summarizes evidence for swallowing rehabilitation management in elderly patients with ischemic stroke.In clinical practice,precise rehabilitation strategies should be developed based on patients'individual conditions and clinical contexts to improve clinical outcomes.关键词
