基于Schmitt战略体验模块理论的康复期脑卒中偏瘫患者运动恐惧体验的质性研究
Qualitative Study on the Kinesiophobia Experience of Convalescent Post-Stroke Hemiplegia Patients based on Schmitt's Strategic Experiential Modules

Abstract
Objective To explore the inner experience of kinesiophobia in convalescent post-stroke hemiplegia patients based on Schmitt's strategic experiential modules.Methods From November to December 2024,14 convalescent post-stroke hemiplegia inpatients with kinesiophobia were selected from the Acupuncture&Rehabilitation Department of a Grade Ⅲ-A hospital in Guiyang by purposive sampling to participate in semi-structured interviews.Their interview data were analyzed,summarized and extracted using Colaizzi's seven-step method.Results The inner experience of kinesiophobia in convalescent post-stroke hemiplegia patients was summarized into four key topics:1)sensory experience:difficulty in controlling limb movements,excessive pain sensitivity,and significantly limited self-care abilities,2)emotional experience:avoidance of disease-related stigma and heavy psychological burden from high expectations,3)thinking experience:confusion about rehabilitation exercises,lack of safe rehabilitation support,and difficulty in obtaining continuous and consistent treatment plans,and 4)action experience:negative attitudes towards rehabilitation and efforts to accept and overcome inner fears.Conclusion Healthcare providers should pay attention to patients'kinesiophobia.They should alleviate kinesiophobia and promote early rehabilitation by providing personalized rehabilitation plans,enhancing patient education,establishing continuous treatment plans,and introducing psychological interventions in collaboration with social and medical support systems.关键词
