交叉管道阴保系统相互干扰规律与降干扰措施数值模拟
Numerical simulation on mutual interference law and protection measures of cathodic protection system for crossed pipelines

Abstract
In order to clarify the mutual interference law between cathodic protection systems of crossed pipelines,a model of crossed pipelines with cathodic protection systems was established using the boundary element method.The interference law of different influencing factors on the potentials of crossed pipelines was simulated while the effectiveness of corresponding protective measures was also analyzed.The results show that the target pipeline produces the largest interference at the inter-section point due to the interference source pipeline.The positive interference becomes weaker gradually away from the inter-section point,then changes into negative interference in the 4000-6000 m and 14000-16000 m regions of the pipeline.A-mong all the influencing factors,soil resistivity is the most important factor affecting the mutual interference of cathodic pro-tection systems of crossed pipelines,followed by the damage rate of anticorrosive coatings,diameter of pipeline,and anode ground bed type.The crossing angle has a less influence on the mutual interference of cathodic protection systems.The con-veying temperature and anode location have negligible influence on the interference.For crossed pipelines with low soil resis-tivity(50 Ω·m)and high corrosion protection coating damage rate(5%),equalization line measures can be used to reduce interference.For crossed pipelines with low corrosion protection coating damage rate(1%)in high soil resistivity(1000 Ω·m)environment,it is recommended to install additional shallow buried anodes or deep well anodes in combination with volt-age equalizing wires near the crossing point to achieve the purpose of pipeline protection.关键词
