A Review of Crash Test Dummy Technology Development in China
摘要
Abstract
This paper reviews the global development trends in crash-test dummy technology,and focuses on the progress and challenges China faces in breaking technological monopolies.Guided by the objectives of technological independence and industrialization,the paper systematically outlines the comprehensive technological breakthroughs and industrial achievements in the fields of serialized biomechanical dummies,Chinese anthropometric dummies,and digital dummies,demonstrating the leap from import dependence to independent innovation.The practical experience of Saifu verifies the feasibility of the domestic technology path and provides the industry with valuable insights into modular development,standardization,and industry-academia-research collaboration.On this basis,the paper proposes future directions such as developing digital twins,incorporating anthropometric data from diverse populations and adapting to new scenarios,as well as expanding into military equipment testing.These initiatives aim to provide practical references and strategic guidance for the independent development of China's automotive safety technology and multi-domain equipment R&D.关键词
