Abstract
This study developed and validated the head segment of the Chinese anthropometric human body model AC-HUMs,and simulated skull fracture injuries in high-fall accident reconstructions.Medical image acquisition and 3D reconstruction were performed on volunteers who match the 50th percentile anthropometrics specified in the GB standard.Finite element meshes were generated mainly using the block-controlled method,and the model was validated under 11 sets of loading conditions.Additionally,a reconstruction based on high-fall accident data was conducted,and the model accurately reproduced the observed skull fractures.The resulting head model exhibits good biofidelity in terms of intracranial pressure,brain displacement,and skull mechanical response.It provides a new tool for the research and prediction of head injuries in the Chinese population,and further promotes the development of virtual safety assessment.关键词
