Abstract
Objective:To systematically review the behavioral and psychological factors influencing adherence to adjuvant endocrine therapy(AET)in patients with breast cancer,based on the theoretical domains framework.Methods:Chinese and English literature on the behavioral and psychological factors influencing adherence to AET in patients with breast cancer was retrieved from nine databases,namely PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase,CINAHL,Cochrane Library,CBM,CNKI,WanFang Data,and VIP.Literature was independently screened by two researchers.Data was extracted.Data analysis was performed using Nvivo 14 software.Texts related to behavioral and psychological factors influencing adherence to AET were coded using the 14 domains of the theoretical domains framework as primary nodes.Secondary nodes were refined using thematic analysis.Results:A total of 50 articles were included,yielding 297 coding references.These were synthesized into 30 secondary nodes and distributed across 12 domains of the theoretical domains framework.Environmental context and resources,emotion,and social influences were the three domains with the highest number of coding references.Physical condition was the most frequently cited factor influencing patient adherence.Conclusions:The behavioral and psychological factors influencing adherence to AET in patients with breast cancer span multiple domains of the theoretical domains framework.These factors may interact.Future research should explore the pathways through which various factors influence adherence to enable more precise and effective behavioral interventions.关键词
