基于真实世界数据槟榔十三味丸(高尤-13)临床适应证回顾性分析
Retrospective Analysis of Clinical Indications of Gaoyou-13 Based on Real-world Data

Abstract
Objective:To clarify the clinical indications of Binglang Shisanwei Pills(Gaoyou-13)through a retrospective analysis of real-world clinical data.Methods:Medical records of all inpatients who received Gaoyou-13 between January1,2018,and Decem-ber 31,2021,at the International Mongolian Hospital of Inner Mongolia,the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Minzu University,and Hohhot Mongolian Medicine Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were retrospectively reviewed.Valid data were entered into a Microsoft Excel 2019 database and standardized.Descriptive analysis and cluster analysis of diagnoses,medication use,and related information were performed using SPSS 26.Association rule analysis was conducted using the Apriori algorithm in SPSS Modeler 18.0,and complex network analysis was carried out using Gephi 0.10.1.Results:A total of 4 224 medical records were collected,of which 995 were excluded,and 3 229 cases were ultimately included in the analysis.The main hospitalization depart-ments were neurology,psychosomatic medicine,hepatobiliary medicine,and gastroenterology.The primary treated diseases included cerebral infarction,insomnia disorders,and cervical spondylosis.According to Mongolian medicine diagnosis,the predominant dis-ease patterns included Sa disease,cervical Hu-yang,dizziness,insomnia,gastric deficiency disease,lumbodorsal Hu-yang,hyperten-sion,cardiac mental disorder,palpitations,and cardiac stabbing pain.The main symptoms were dizziness,headache,and insomnia.Association rule analysis showed that dizziness was often accompanied by tinnitus,nausea,and headache.Medication was most com-monly administered in the evening.The most frequently co-administered Mongolian patent medicines were Zhenbao Pills,Chenxiang Anshen Powder,and Tanxiang Sanwei Decoction.Conclusion:The clinical indications of Gaoyou-13 were preliminarily established.Its advantageous indications mainly involve diseases of the nervous system,digestive system,mental disorders,and pain-related con-ditions.The predominant symptoms include dizziness,headache,insomnia,fatigue,shortness of breath,chest tightness,low mood,and nausea.关键词
