摘要

Abstract

Compressed air energy storage(CAES)represents a promising large-scale energy storage solution,with characteristics of substantial capacity,long cycle and high efficiency.Nevertheless,the natural gas storage cham-bers are frequently unavailable in conventional systems because of the strict requirements on gas storage conditions.Consequently,the construction of large-scale gas storage facilities encounters formidable obstacles.Compared with traditional cave-type gas storage reservoirs,the artificial chamber-type gas storage has more advantages,which is more appropriate for the construction of underground gas storage for CAES power stations.Based on the research ex-perience of the construction of CAES artificial chamber underground gas storage at home and abroad,the work re-quirements for site selection,rock geological conditions,and factory construction conditions are summarized,and the construction technologies are discussed from multiple perspectives.The research findings have important guiding significance for the future construction of artificial chambers and the development of CAES.
