负载型铈锰催化剂催化氧化三氯甲烷的载体效应
Support effect in catalytic oxidation of trichloromethane over supported Ce-Mn catalysts

Abstract
Supported Ce-Mn catalysts were prepared using HZSM-5 and γ-Al2O3 as supports.The catalysts were characterized by SEM,XRD,XPS,NH3-TPD,and N2 adsorption-desorption,and their catalytic activity was evaluated through the catalytic oxidation of trichloromethane as a probe reaction.Experimental results show that compared with 12Ce-8Mn/Al2O3,the 12Ce-8Mn/HZSM-5 catalyst exhibits HCl selectivity close to the theoretical value and maintains stable operation for 8 h without deactivation,demonstrating superior overall performance.The stronger oxidation capability of 12Ce-8Mn/HZSM-5 is attributed to its higher surface concentrations of Ce3+and Mn4+species,as well as a greater proportion of hydroxyl oxygen.Additionally,the stronger B acidity of 12Ce-8Mn/HZSM-5 facilitates to provide protons for chlorinated organic intermediates,thereby promoting HCl formation and resulting in high HCl selectivity.关键词
