Abstract
To develop a silver catalyst support with high specific surface area and high permeability for the ethylene epoxidation reaction,new types of aluminum containing precursor(aluminium hydroxide)and pore forming agent(containing carbon)were taken as the research objects.XRD,a specific surface area analyzer,a strength tester,SEM,a mercury porosimeter,and TG-DSC were employed to study the effects of the new aluminum containing precursor and pore forming agent on the performance of the silver catalyst support.The catalytic performance of the silver catalyst was evaluated using the ethylene epoxidation reaction.The research results indicate that the addition of the new types of aluminum containing precursor and pore forming agent can increase the specific surface area and permeability of the support,as well as improve the regularity of the alumina layer.As a result,the silver catalyst prepared with the support exhibits high catalytic performance in the ethylene epoxidation reaction.关键词
