胆汁酸介导炎症反应在胆汁淤积性肝损伤中的作用机制
Mechanisms of Bile Acids-mediated Inflammatory Responses in Cholestatic Liver Injury
摘要
Abstract
Cholestatic liver injury(CLI)is liver damage caused by the excessive accumulation of bile acids(BAs),the major com-ponents of bile,in the body due to various factors.Without timely intervention,persistent CLI can further progress to liver fibrosis,cirrhosis,liver failure,and even death.The pathogenesis of CLI is complex,and BAs-mediated inflammatory responses play an im-portant role in its development.BAs induce inflammatory responses in hepatocytes,cholangiocytes,neutrophils,and macrophages,thereby leading to the occurrence and progression of CLI.关键词
