Abstract
Against the backdrop of global energy transition,China's new energy industry has achieved rapid development in overseas markets.However,it also faces multiple challenges brought about by trade barriers amid rising protectionist trends.This paper systematically summarizes the current state of export trade and overseas production capacity layout in China's photovoltaic,wind power,and energy storage industries.It provides an in-depth analysis of the intrinsic mechanisms of tariff trade barriers,green trade barriers,localization policies,and political trade barriers,as well as their impact on China's new energy industry.The research indicates that trade barriers,primarily imposed by developed countries such as those in Europe and North America,have caused structural shocks to the"Going global"efforts of China's new energy industry.As a result,the industry faces multiple challenges,including reduced price competitiveness of products,increased difficulty in market access,shifts in production capacity layout,and supply chain restructuring.关键词
