An outline for the comprehensive revitalization of China's rural areas and the path of agricultural and rural modernization in the new era
摘要
Abstract
In the new era,China must make solving the issues of rural and agricultural affairs a top priority for the whole Party,and vigorously and effectively promote rural revitalization in all respects,so as to accelerate agricultural and rural modernization and better promote Chinese modernization,and follow the path of rural revitalization and rural modernization.This article first ex-pounds the path of comprehensive rural revitalization in China in the new era as the organic integration of agricultural moderniza-tion,farmer modernization.It then systematically and comprehensively elaborates the theoretical guidance for China's comprehen-sive rural revitalization in the new era—General Secretary Xi Jinping's important statement on rural revitalization;in the new era,China will promote the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside by learning and applying the experience of the"Thousand Villages Demonstration and Ten Thousand Villages Renovation Project";the key way to accelerate the modernization of agricul-ture and rural areas through comprehensive rural revitalization if to promote the modernization in agriculture,rural areas ad farm-ers in an integrated manner by keeping the two bottom lines firmly in place,focusing on the three improvements as the key,and promoting integrated development as the path.To promote rural revitalization in all its aspects,we need to pool external drivers support,cultivate the internal drivers of the region a d the people,further deepen rural reform to stimulate the vitality of rural revi-talization,and build a dynamic system for promoting rural revitalization.The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to agriculture,rural and farmers issues.The leadership of rural work has always been firmly grasped,forming the Party's historical experience and political requirements for managing rural work,a d providing a systemic guarantee for China to promote the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in the new era.It is of great significance for deeply understanding the path of comprehensive rural revitalization a d agricultural and rural modernization in China in the new era,and for implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of 20th Central Com-mittee of the Communist Party of China.This study is of great significance for gaining a profound understanding of the path of all-round rural revitalization and agricultural and rural modernization in the new era,and for thoroughly implementing the guiding principles of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee.关键词
