Developing new quality agricultural productivity:logical objectives,realistic dilemmas and break-through paths

Abstract
Developing new quality agricultural productivity is the core driving force for advancing high-quality agricultural devel-opment and constitutes the key pathway for accelerating the construction of an agricultural powerhouse.The formation of new quality agricultural productivity represents the organic integration of historical logic,theoretical logic and practical logic.The de-velopment of new quality agricultural productivity aims to guarantee a stable and safe supply of agricultural products,substantially increase agricultural production efficiency,and enhance the productivity of all factors of agriculture.Currently,the development of new quality agricultural productivity is faced with six realistic dilemmas:the need to improve the level of agricultural technolog-ical innovation,the inadequacy of agricultural system,the relatively weak foundation of the agricultural industry,the lagging de-velopment of agricultural digitalization,the urgent need for a transformation of agricultural production methods,and the insuffi-cient support for agricultural talent.Therefore,it is necessary to explore six pathways,"the path of scientific and technological in-novation"to elevate the level of agricultural scientific and technological innovation;"the path of reform and development"to opti-mize and improve the agricultural system;"the path of industrial revitalization"to build a modern agricultural industry system;"the path of digital empowerment"to vigorously cultivate and develop the digital economy;"the path of green transformation"to accelerate the green transformation of agriculture;"the path of talent cultivation"to actively nurture and expand the talent pool,thus enabling China's agricultural and rural modernization to achieve high-level development.关键词
