场景创新牵引农业新质生产力发展的路径研究
Research on the path of scenario innovation to drive new quality agricultural productivity
摘要
Abstract
"Developing new quality agricultural productive forces"is the new engine for achieving high-quality agricultural devel-opment and it is also a key breakthrough point from an agricultural power to an agricultural powerhouse.The theory of scenario-driven innovation thoroughly outlines the inherent logic of scenario-driven technological innovation and the transformation of scien-tific and technological achievements in the digital economy ear.However,it has not yet explored the logical framework and prac-tical approaches for scenario innovation to facilitate the formation of new forms of agricultural productive capacity.From a theoret-ical perspective,scenario innovation can drive the development of new forms of agricultural productive capacity primarily by pro-moting the rapid industrialization of disruptive technologies,innovative allocation of production factors,agricultural intensifica-tion,intelligence,and green transformation.From a practical perspective,it is necessary to,based on scenario top-level design,proactively plan high-value,innovative,and forward-looking major scenario projects and establish supporting institutional rules for financial services,land management,and airspace management.关键词
