跨越资源约束:网络嵌入视角下农民合作社数字化转型路径研究
Overcoming resource constraints:a study on the digital transformation path of farmers'cooperatives from a network embedded perspective

Abstract
Farmers'cooperatives serve as crucial vehicle for the digital transformation of agriculture,and their transformation pro-cess of is deeply influenced by the social network embedded mechanisms.Based on the network embedded theory,this paper us-es an embedded single-case study method of farmers'cooperatives in Zhejiang Province to systematically explore the network evo-lution characteristics and mechanisms of the digital transformation of farmers'cooperatives.The study found that:in the embryon-ic stage,strong relationships rely on peer demonstration effects;during implementation,vertical weak relationship networks com-posed of government,technology companies,and financial institutions are utilized;in the sustained stage,strong relationships with consumers jointly construct a"trust-value"closed loop.Strong relationships provide a foundation for trust and the transfer of tacit knowledge,reducing transformation risks,and weak relationships bridge heterogeneous resources to overcome internal con-straints.Together these relationships form a dynamic chain of"cognitive unlocking-resource integration-value realization".The co-operative network structure has evolved from a single network to a multi-subject collaborative system,significantly improving re-source acquisition efficiency and institutional legitimacy.关键词
