百年来农村基层党组织的功能演变:发展历程与动力构成
The functional evolution of rural grassroots party organizations in the past hundred years:develop-ment process and dynamic composition——From the perspective of structural functionalism

Abstract
Based on the theoretical analysis perspective of structural functionalism,the function output of rural grassroots party organizations is linked with the overall structure of the rural social system.From the full picture of the function evolution of rural grassroots party organizations over the past century,the paper focuses on exploring the dynamic composition of promoting the function change of rural grassroots Party organizations.The study found that the output of rural grassroots party organization func-tions is affected by the structural status of the various elements within the rural social system,and has experienced the evolution from organizational mobilization,social integration,hub interaction,leading coordination to overall leadership.The evolution of the macro-institutional environment and the development of social productive forces have promoted the diversification of gover-nance entities within the rural social system,and changed the structural status of the governance entities within the rural social sys-tem.In this process,the rural grassroots party organizations have been influenced by the following factors:the dynamic of adapt-ing to self-transformation,the dynamic of achieving the goals set by the Party and the state for rural work,the dynamic of integra-tion and leading rural governance forces,and the dynamic of maintaining and realizing the interests of the people.These factors have prompted them to actively adjust their systemic structural position,thereby transforming their organizational functions,pro-moting the orderliness of the internal structural state of the system,and providing a solid guarantee for the modernization of agri-culture and rural areas.关键词
