加氢裂化掺炼浆态床蜡油工艺与预测研究
Process and prediction of hydrocracking blending slurry bed wax oil

Abstract
This study investigated hydrocracking unit blending slurry bed wax oil(SBWO)process with SBWO and vacuum gas oil as feedstocks.Two operational modes were tested:fixed process parameters and stabilized product specifications.The results indicate that blending SBWO increases processing difficulty.Under unchanged process conditions,the unconverted oil yield rises and the properties of main products deteriorate.Elevating reaction temperatures in both the refining and cracking sections maintains the original product distribution and aligns with overall refinery planning.A predictive model was established to correlate the SBWO blending ratio with product distribution,product quality,and required reaction temperatures.This model exhibits excellent industrial applicability,providing critical technical support for refineries to optimize feedstock adaptability and maintain product quality standards during the decarbonization transition.关键词
