基于"虚气留滞"论治老年阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征
Treatment of elderly Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome based on the theory of deficient qi stagnation
摘要
Abstract
Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)is a common sleep breathing disorder in the elderly popu-lation.In recent years,with the increasing aging of China,the prevention and treatment of OSAHS has become a research hotspot in the medical field.Director YU Xuefeng,based on his understanding of Academician WANG Yongyan's theory of"deficient qi and stagnation"and combined with his own clinical experience,believes that elderly OSAHS mostly belongs to the syndrome of deficiency in the root and excess in the core,with qi deficiency in the lungs,spleen,and kidneys as the root,phlegm turbidity,blood stasis,and qi stagnation as the standard,and treatment based on the principle of"nourishing deficiency and resolving stag-nation",focusing on supplementing the deficiency and damage in the lungs,spleen,and kidneys,and also resolving phlegm,remo-ving blood stasis,and promoting qi to eliminate evil qi,so as to eliminate evil without harming the right,and prevent recurrence af-ter recovery.This article provides some reference for the treatment of elderly OSAHS with traditional Chinese medicine by elabora-ting on its clinical experience and typical cases.关键词
