Research and application of dual-effect plugging technology of gel-gel dispersion

Abstract
The temperature-and salt-resistant quaternary copolymer was synthesized by using acrylamide,sodium methallyl sulfonate,2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid and vinyl pyrrolidone as raw materials.The high-temperature resistant gel was prepared by using polymer with crosslinkers A and B as raw materials.The gel formula was optimized by orthogonal analysis experiment,and the dispersed particle gel was prepared by mechanical grinding.The hydration expansion properties of the dispersed particle gel were tested by laser particle size analyzer.The aging test evaluated its thermal and salt stability.Core flood experiments assessed the injectivity,plugging capacity and erosion resistance of both the dispersed particle gel and high-temperature-resistant gel.Field application was conducted in the ZJD oilfield.After optimizing injection parameters,the plugging adjustment operation was carried out in Z3-3 well.After the plugging adjustment operation,the production parameters in Z3-10 well returned to the normal level,with no issues observed in other wells in the pattern.Wells Z3-10,Z3-2,and Z3-X1 showed increased daily liquid and oil production alongside decreased water cut.This field trial confirms the effectiveness of the gel-gel dispersion dual-effect plugging technology for controlling water channeling.It provides a valuable reference for addressing water channeling issues in oilfield development.关键词
