博落回对农田土壤中铀的富集行为及根际微生物群落的调控机制
The Accumulation Behavior of Macleaya Cordata on Uranium in Farmland Soil and the Regulatory Mechanism of Rhizosphere Microbial Communities

Abstract
This study investigated the accumulation behavior of Macleaya cordata and its regulatory mechanisms on the rhizosphere microbial community in uranium-contaminated farmland soil near a decommissioned uranium mine in Hengdong,Hunan.Through in-situ field planting,the accumulation of uranium by Macleaya cordata,and changes in the structure of rhizosphere(Rhizosphere Soil,RHI)and non-rhizosphere(Control Soil,CK)soil microbial communities were determined.Microbial community composition,alpha and beta diversity indices,and functional predictions for fungi and bacteria were determined.The results indicated that Macleaya cordata exhibited uranium accumulation and transloca-tion,with above-ground uranium accumulation reaching 259.56 μg per plant,and translo-cation factors of 1.75 and 1.57 for root-stem and root-leaf,respectively.The RHI micro-bial community structure changed significantly,with a significant increase in the abundance of Chloroflexota and Verrucomicrobiota in bacteria,and Glomeromycota and Fusarium in fungi.The abundance of Pseudomonadota,Actinomycetota in bacteria,and Olpidiomycota in fungi decreased significantly.LEfSe analysis(Linear Discriminant Analysis Effect Size)revealed that Acidobacteriota and Pseudomonadota were dominant in the CK group,whereas Chloroflexota dominated the RHI group(bacteria).In the RHI group(fungi),Glomeromycota,Fusarium,and Penicillium were dominant.Functional prediction showed that the RHI bacterial community enhanced nitrogen fixation and hydro-carbon degradation functions,and the metabolic network was biased towards catabolism,while the fungal community was dominated by symbionts.关键词
