Abstract
Objective:To explore the longitudinal change trajectory of stress response of newly diagnosed AIDS patients and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods:Using convenience sampling method,a total of 116 newly diagnosed AIDS patients in a tertiary grade A hospital in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region were selected as the research objects.The General Information Questionnaire and Stanford Acute Stress Reaction Scale were used to investigate.Latent growth mixture models were utilized to delineate the trajectory of stress response changes,while binary Logistic regression analysis was employed to identify its influencing factors.Results:The change trajectory of stress response of newly diagnosed AIDS patients were divided into overall low stress slow decline group(27.6%)and overall high stress rapid decline group(72.4%).Logistic regression analysis showed that payment mode for medical expenses,religious belief and resilience were the influencing factors of latent categories stress reaction change trajectory of newly diagnosed AIDS patients(P<0.05).Conclusions:There was group heterogeneity in the change trajectory of stress response of newly diagnosed AIDS patients.Personalized assessment and intervention should be carried out based on the change trajectory of stress response of patients.关键词
