摘要

Abstract

Typical interface engineering recently applied to the photoactive layer/electron transport layer heterojunction in inverted perovskite solar cell devices is summarized,and it is classified into focus on photoelectric conversion efficiency improvement and stability improvement.For photoelectric conversion efficiency improvement,two cutting-edge strategies including the dual-mode passivation and ultrafast interfacial charge carrier transport are analyzed.For stability improvement,the three new research directions of interface mechanical stability,stability under high temperature,and reverse voltage are discussed.
