摘要
Abstract
For most non-crystalline synthetic rubber polymers,the material itself lacks practical application value and requires the incorporation of reinforcing fillers to meet performance requirements.Reinforcing fillers can multiply the tensile strength,wear resistance,tear resistance,and fatigue resistance of rubber.This paper reviews the research progress of rubber reinforcing fillers such as carbon black,white carbon black,graphene,along with the factors that determine their reinforcing effects.The superior performance of carbon black is attributed to the strong interaction that is formed between its surface and hydrocarbon polymers.Silica features the advantage of low rolling resistance,which can improve vehicle fuel economy and reduce emissions.Graphene demonstrates the potential to break through the limitations of the"magic triangle".Furthermore,the development trends of rubber reinforcing fillers are prospected.关键词
