我国甜玉米产业发展现状及"十五五"展望
Development Status and Prospect of'15th Five-Year Plan'of Sweet Corn Industry in China
摘要
Abstract
Sweet corn,characterized by its sweet,crisp,tender texture and rich nutritional value,has become an important fruit-vegetable crop in China,playing a significant role in increasing farmers' income and rural revitalization.This paper reviews the current development status of China's sweet corn industry in terms of seed industry,production,processing,and consumption:the cultivation area has exceeded 466 700 hm2,making China the world's largest producer;variety types have diversified from single to multiple;production regions show a'northward expansion'trend;and processed products are increasingly varied.Meanwhile,the industry faces challenges including insufficient germplasm innovation,low standardization and mechanization levels,seasonal supply-demand imbalance,and limited proportion of deep processing.To address these issues,countermeasures are proposed such as strengthening seed industry innovation,promoting full-process standardization and mechanization,improving cold chain logistics,and developing deep processing.Looking ahead,the sweet corn industry will develop towards premium varieties,intelligent production,branded products,and staple food consumption.Upgrading the entire industry chain will promote high-quality development and provide new momentum for rural revitalization.关键词
