金乡大蒜产业发展现状及对策研究
Research on the Development Status and Countermeasures of the Jinxiang Garlic Industry

Abstract
As a nationally important garlic production area and trade center,Jinxiang county has established an integrated whole-industry-chain pattern encompassing planting,processing,trade and logistics for its garlic industry,with significant brand value and prominent export advantages.This paper systematically reviews the status of Jinxiang's garlic industry in terms of planting conditions,yield scale,variety and standard system construction,mechanization progress,brand influence and logistics system.It also points out the practical challenges the industry still faces during its development,such as variety degradation and continuous cropping obstacles,relatively low levels of mechanization and intelligence,weak deep-processing capacity,insufficient brand promotion,and a shortage of scientific and technological talent.In response to these issues,the paper proposes a series of countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of Jinxiang's garlic industry.These include promoting improved varieties and soil improvement,enhancing mechanization and intelligence levels,strengthening research and development in deep processing,accelerating brand building and market expansion,and reinforcing scientific research cooperation and transformation of achievements,aiming to provide references for the industry to consolidate its competitive advantages and achieve transformation and upgrading.关键词
