Abstract
Objective:To define the theoretical connotation of rehabilitation motivation and to provide scientific theoretical support for healthcare professionals.Methods:Systematic searches were conducted in databases including CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,Web of Science,Scopus,EMbase,and CINAHL.Literatures were screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,and rehabilitation motivation was systematically analyzed by using Walker and Avant's concept analysis method.Results:A total of 45 articles were included.The defining attributes of rehabilitation motivation were summarized as intrinsic drive,psychological process,and predictor.Antecedents included psychosocial factors,sociodemographic factors,disease-related factors,and rehabilitation service factors.Consequences included improved rehabilitation outcomes,reduced healthcare costs,enhanced quality of life,and increased psychological resilience.Conclusions:Rehabilitation motivation exhibits multidimensional and complex characteristics,influenced by a combination of various variables,and may significantly impact patients' quality of life.Therefore,it is essential to develop scientific and precise assessment systems to identify patients' rehabilitation motivation and to explore effective intervention strategies so as to facilitate the rehabilitation process.关键词
