Abstract
This paper proposes a new network management system for Centralized Signal Monitoring(CSM)systems of railways,which features a design combining traditional CSM terminal systems with visualized interaction interface systems.The proposed system not only offers real-time supervision and management of network equipment,but also enhances network management efficiency through a graphical interface without compromising the existing acquisition capabilities of CSM systems.The network management system for CSM systems based on this design utilizes the Simple Network Management Protocol(SNMP)communication mechanism,and includes a management workstation at the central server and managed nodes at the station level,operating under the client/server model.This enables the real-time monitoring of remote network nodes by network administrators,encompassing local area network equipment management,fault information collection,and traffic flow monitoring.Tailored to the deployment characteristics of CSM systems,including many nodes,long wires and distributed devices,the proposed system integrates the above functions into the existing client equipment of CSM systems for multi-point deployment,synchronized output and graphical alarm output.This enables the timely troubleshooting of communication equipment,thereby boosting automation level and operational efficiency in network management,and reinforcing the safety technical preventive measures of CSM systems.关键词
